Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Conference Committee report on the following,                                    
which is under Unfinished Business (page 4217), at this time:                                       
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(JUD)                                                    
     "An Act relating to information and services available to pregnant                             
     women and other persons; ensuring informed consent before an                                   
     abortion may be performed; and providing exceptions to informed                                
     consent in certain cases."

     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 30(JUD) am                                                              
     "An Act relating to information and services available to pregnant                             
     women and other persons; and ensuring informed consent before                                  
     an abortion may be performed, except in cases of medical                                       
     emergency."

Representative Coghill moved that the House adopt the Conference                                    
Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 30 and recommended that

Representative Lynn declared a conflict of interest.
